When I arranged this song I wanted people to listen without a visual of the artist. The purpose of music is to convey a thought, feeling, or emotion unique to each individual. Whether there are moving vocals, compelling strings, an epic drum solo, or a subtle piano track, the combined affect conjures many meanings. I also felt compelled to write a quote that typifies what I thought this song was intended to express “Endings are only roadblocks if you let them prevent your soul from soaring!”
